Emergency Relief

An Emergency Relief Team was created in response to the June 3rd 2015 flooding in the greater Accra region that shutdown the capital city of Accra and sparked a fatal gas station fire killing over 100 people.

The team identified one short term objective i.e. provision of emergency relief planning to the most vulnerable individuals and begun discussions on other slightly longer-term objectives to contribute towards disaster preparedness and emergency response.
